Create Prequalification Forms
Build a custom form with the necessary qualifications for a particular project or for a group of projects. Choose from the field options we provide (General Information, Areas, Licenses, Divisions, Trades, References, Safety, etc) or add your own custom fields and questions. You can save any prequalification form as a template to be reused or modified for a future project.

Send the Form to Your Network 
After creating a new form, or using a previously saved template, let SMARTBIDNET send the form to approved sub contractors and/or integrate the form with your company website. You will also have access to our Public Registry of Sub Contractors to elicit more prequalifications from more sub contractors. Before sending any communications, preview what the form will look like to the sub contractors.

Compile Submissions and Review
Once your invitation to prequalify is sent, SMARTBIDNET allows you to monitor who's received it, who's read it, and who's responded. For those who have responded, SmartBidNet will compile the information submitted and put the company's profile into the Initial Review queue or send the information directly to your database. Using SMARTBIDNET, guide each company's submissions through the steps of Financial Review, Executive Recommendations, and Estimating Approval. The system will even issue an 11 month reminder when it's time to prequalify subs again.
