| INTEGRATION SmartBidNet takes the term "Software as a Service" (SaaS) seriously and we are constantly working to improve the experience of our users by integrating with the other information technology they depend on most. |

Cloud Takeoff
Bid invitation recipients can download, open and print electronic files directly to digital takeoff programs, and with our latest Cloud Takeoff integration, GCs and subs can now perform what we call ‘collaborative takeoff’ - several people accessing the same file, in real-time, with editing and instant messaging abilities, from any location. Along with Cloud Takeoff, SmartBidNet currently integrates with Planswift, OnScreen Takeoff, and eTakeoff. Measure objects, mark plans up on-screen, calculate square footage and material costs, collaborate on plan files and more without having to constantly switch between applications.

Jobsite123
We are now partnering with Jobsite123, syncing their database of over 100,000 subcontractors with the SmartBidNet Public Registry of Subcontractors to provide our users with even more options for prequalification and bid invitations. Jobsite123 subcontractor profiles include extensive details on project history, bonding capacity, insurance coverage, client and peer performance ratings and much more.

Public Websites and SmartBidNet
Users can choose to publish their most current bid projects, pre-qual forms, and subcontractor sign-up forms to their corporate websites for subcontractors and vendors to submit information directly to the general contractor’s SmartBidNet database. Additional XML web integrations can be requested to integrate SmartBidNet with the systems you already have in place.
