Integration with other systems is made easy with our XML Web Integration. Synchronization for sub contractor data, bid project information, invitees list and plan rooms is currently supported, with more on the way.
Takeoff Software Integration
Bid invitation recipients can now download, open and print electronic files directly to digital takeoff programs. SMARTBIDNET currently integrates with Cloud Takeoff, Planswift, OnScreen Takeoff, and eTakeoff. iPhone App
Have an iPhone? Great, because we have an App. Download our app in the iTunes store and access SMARTBIDNET on the go. The application allows you, the bid manager, to access your private network of subcontractors and all bid projects from your phone. And we have an Android app on the way.

Update Requests
SMARTBIDNET's integrated e-mail functionality makes it easy to stay up to date on your vendor and subcontractor contact information. Request periodic contact information updates with just a few simple clicks.
Import and Export Data
If all your information and contacts are in another system, SMARTBIDNET's import feature allows you to transfer your data hassle-free, using Microsoft Excel or .csv files. Need to export files from SMARTBIDNET? You can do that just as easily, and in the same formats. There's never a need to transfer files manually.
