TAKEOFF INTEGRATION

Open all available project documents directly to on-screen takeoff programs and measure, calculate, markup and print from within the system. Due to a recent partnership with Cloud Takeoff, a collaborative estimating takeoff software, all users can open and view plan files directly from SmartBidNet in Cloud Takeoff. In addition, a free trial of the full Cloud Takeoff software is available here to users wanting to utilize the unprecedented editing and communication tools that allow GCs and subs to work simultaneously and collaboratively on project documents.

XML WEB INTEGRATION

Integrate with in-house IT or public websites with our XML web integration capabilities. Synchronization for sub contractor data, bid project information, invitees list and plan rooms is currently supported, with more on the way. Publish project info or prequalification forms directly to your website for easy submission by those you invite.
