Send Invitation to Bid/Addenda
With a simple bid form, SMARTBIDNET makes it easy for you to send bid invitations to specific suppliers with specific skill sets. SMARTBIDNET automatically sends invitations, supporting plans, specs and addenda via e-mail or fax to companies you specify, and e-mails you when the bid invitations are received. You can also monitor when/if recipients download plan files or change their profile information all from the ITB screen.

Bid Receival
Sub contractors submit proposals with supporting plans and project specs to your central portal, so you can easily compare proposals as they are logged. If the supplier needs to make a clarification or attach addenda, the changes are made directly on the proposal in the system, so you always see the most complete and current information.

ITB Templates
Working on a project similar to one you did in the past? No need to fill out all the same information, trade codes, select each sub individually, etc. - create an ITB template from your previous project and only fill in the information that has changed. Via our communication editor, brand your ITB, view a preview, and get the bid sent out and the project underway.
